Hinke Roders

Hinke heads the Benelux Operations of Acrmz Technologies. He has a strong background in the Financials Services industry with around 10 years of experience in the Operations& IT department of ING Group.He has worked on multiple CRM (Siebel) implementations in many different roles since 2001 and has a great insight to deliver successful CRM engagements. He has closely worked with a major Indian outsourcing provider as a customer for more than 4 years and has good understanding of outsourcing relations and what it takes to transition the IT operations to successful on ite-offshore model. Hinke holds a Masters degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit in The Netherlands.

Puneet Kumar

Puneet heads the Indian Operations of Acrmz Technologies. He has rich consulting experience in the CRM domain, with a strong exposure to Practice development and onsite-offshore delivery model. He has a strong panache in leading a talented team of application designers and business analysts and has participated in IT start-ups/ incubation units driven by innovative ideas & solutions. He is a specialist in Siebel eBusiness Application Suite (CRM) and has been actively involved in providing overall solution. Puneet holds a Bachelors degree from IIT-Kharagpur in India and has earlier worked with Deloitte, HP, Yahoo, etc on various CRM engagements.
